Daytech Tubulators offer a low friction fast efficient, contained, self-cleaning and self-loading system that is easy on product. It can be used to move grain, seeds, fertilisers, palm kernel, cement, pellets, onions, flour, small vegetables, wood chips, wood shavings and any other non abrasive products. The inclosed plastic tube design enables product to be moved in all weathers and helps to contain dust etc.

9 metre, 12 metre and 18 metre models are available. We also manufacture made to measure units. Standard tube size of 280mm internal diameter. Transportable with a detachable drawbar. It can be run off tractor external hydraulics or alternatively the machine can be supplied with its own electric or petrol motor. Tubulators can be used for loading, unloading or transporting product i.e.: trucks, silos, fertiliser bins, bagging systems, seed drills and seed hoppers etc. We also supply tubulators with different head shrouds to fit grain baggers and other applications. Hydraulically driven with hydraulic flow control for belt speed adjustment. Simple, hassle free belt tensioning system. The standard tube conveyor is fitted with a heavy-duty braked winch for height adjustment and two heavy-duty jockey wheels. The wear resistant plastic tube design stops corrosion of the tube therefore eliminating contamination of the products and longer belt life. Optional extras are hydraulically driven wheels and hydraulic height control.
